Dr. Varinder Mann- veterinarian
Dr. Varinder Mann is practicing Veterinary Medicine for last 17 years. He graduated from School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wisconsin, Madison in May 2002. He practiced Veterinary Medicine in Chicago, owned his own practice in Seattle, WA for 7 years, now practicing in Fresno, California for couple of years. He also worked as Supervisory Veterinary Medical Officer with Food safety and Inspection Service with United states of Department of Agriculture for 7 years in California. His main interests include internal medicine, surgery, Dermatology, and emergency care. He is a member of the CVMA, SCVMA, IAVMA. He loves being a Veterinarian and loves helping pets. He is also a Certified Proctor Gallagher Institute Consultant for helping peoples to achieve their goals and live their dream life. His hobbies include reading, music and spending time with his dog and cat named Oscar and Una, travelling. He lived in California with his beautiful wife, 2 daughters and his pets. Dr. Mann strives to improve pet lives via quality veterinary care and encourages owners to take an active role in their pet’s health.
Breann - veterinary assistant
Hi everyone, meet Breann! She has been a Vet. Assistant at Care Veterinary Hospital since November 2015. Since she was a small child her dream was to help animals or be a Disney princess. In October 2015 her lifelong dream was accomplished (not the princess one) she graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at San Joaquin Valley College. Breann & her boyfriend currently share a home with their army of fur babies. “Leaders” of the army are their 3 cats (Toothless, Chester, Thackery Binx) with “Muscle” provided by their 2 dogs (Jackie, Newton) plus a “secret agent” turtle (Mr. Snot). When she isn’t at work, 9/10 times you can catch her nose stuck in a book or a pizza box. Breann can’t wait to see you & your fur baby on your next visit.
Sadie - veterinary assistant
Meet Sadie! She has been working at Care Veterinary Hospital for almost a year. Sadie owns her own little zoo that consists of her one dog, Red. Four cats, Dot, Houdini, Reed, and Jimetta. Eight tropical fish. Two chickens. Two horses, Caesar, and Donna, and two goats, Molly, and soon to be pregnant Karma. Sadie started her dreams of being a vet tech when she was 8 years old when she started joined 4-H, and riding horses. She is currently working on getting her associates degree in animal science at Reedley College. In her spare time Sadie likes to ride her horses, Civil War reenacting, and roller skate. She also really loves food, especially tacos.
Gabrielle - veterinary assistant
Gabrielle has been with care veterinary hospital since 2017. She graduated from San Joaquin valley college obtaining her associate of science degree. Gabrielle has had a love for animals ever since she was born. She is a mom to a beautiful baby girl and her two cats Loke Lani and Meimei. Her dream is to one day win the mega billions and adopt every homeless pet.
Thyda - veterinary assistant
Thyda has been working as a Vet Assistant at Care Veterinary Hospital for half a year now. She graduated from the VT program at San Joaquin Valley College in June of 2018. Her passion for animals began at 12 years old when she received her first puppy/best friend, who is still with her today! He is a 10-year-old Shih Tzu named Mushu, and he has a wild younger brother who’s a 1-year old Siberian Husky, named Castiel. On her free time, she enjoys writing music and outgoing activities such as figure skating, bowling, mini golfing, etc. She dedicates most of her time to Care Veterinary Hospital and truly enjoys working alongside a wonderful team and providing quality care for all pets.
Katelyn - veterinary assistant
Katelyn has been with Care Veterinary Hospital for 6 months now. She first started off volunteering and was eventually hired as a Vet Assistant. She is currently enrolled at Fresno State University; majoring in Animal Science- Pre-Vet. Her love for animals stemmed from feeding every stray dog she could find in her hometown and watching Animal Cops- Houston as a kid. Outside of work, she is either studying, watching Superstore, or playing with her crazy Labrador; Sadie.
Krystal - veterinary assistant
Krystal has been working as a Vet assistant at Care Veterinary Hospital since June 2018. She graduated from California State University, Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in animal science with a Pre-Veterinary Emphasis. She has always had a love for animals, both big and small, and aspires to become a Veterinarian herself but of mixed practice with a higher emphasis of large animals. She has a playful Siberian husky named Sasha and a boxer named Roxy. When she is not working here, she works part-time at another veterinary facility.
Pauleen - veterinary assistant
Pauleen has been with Care Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary assistant for a year. Previously, she was getting her Associate’s degree for animal science at San Joaquin Valley College in which she was then referred to Care Veterinary Hospital for her externship and has stayed with us since. Pauleen has always been interested in helping the unspoken and her love for animals continues to grow daily. She has two felines; Sapphire is a prissy Bombay who enjoys being pampered while Fitzwilliam, a hyper main coon mix, enjoys running amuck outside and loves to protect the “fort”. During Pauleen’s leisure time, she enjoys reading, sewing drawing, hiking, fishing, watching movies and so much more
Rosa- veterinary assistant
Rosa attended San Joaquin Valley College and came to Care Veterinary in December 2017 as an extern and was hired upon completion. She has 3 cats of her own which take up most of her free time. When she’s not tending to her kitties Rosa enjoys spending time with family and planning trips.
